Who Is Stu Gray?

Hi there, I am Stu Gray, a Voiceover Actor, Copywriter, Audio Production Specialist and Blogger…

A little about me…well, I started performing at a very young age.

At two, I was in front of a camera doing print advertising.

By 5, I was in Creative Dramatics classes.

I grew up in the Midwest, and who knew that would be a great place to do theatre? I have performed off Broadway, did TV and Print commercials, was a Fox Kids Club Host, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from a Women’s College (no, that’s not a typo).

Next, It was on to being a Radio Personality in several cities across the country. During those crazy days (and nights – and overnights) playing the tunes on the airwaves, I was behind the scenes honing my voice skills.

I loved every opportunity to be in the dark dingy production rooms of many radio stations including those in Nashville TN, Cape Girardeau MO, Kingman AZ, Wichita KS, Columbia MO, Ft. Wayne IN, Huntsville AL, New Orleans LA, and Savannah GA.

Now, I am a fulltime Voice Actor, and I enjoy helping my clients tell their stories. If that includes helping them write their story, or put the whole package together in audio form, I do that too!

The Creative Mouthpiece blog is a place where I like to write about the Voiceover business, creativity, motivation and sometimes, just simple things that come to my mind.
